Don’t let the name scare you — this is the easiest, most delicious recipe that I have come up with.  Hell, even YOU can make it!

Boys, this recipe is date night approved and ready for consumption in 10-15 minutes. Plus, with a name like that, what babe WOULDN’T want dessert in bed?

Ingredients:
1 lb. Fusilli pasta
1 lb. Asparagus
2 Chicken breasts
5.5 oz. of goat cheese
Pesto Sauce
Salt

What You’ll Need:
1 Pan
1 Pot
1 Big bowl (for mixing)

Directions:

  1. Chop your chicken and asparagus into 1″ pieces. NOTE: Be sure to remove the bottom 1/2″ from the asparagus stalks.
  2. Begin to bring well-salted water to a boil, for the pasta.
  3. Sautee the chicken with a spoon full of pesto sauce until browned. (about 10 minutes on medium-high).
  4. Put a couple of spoonfuls of pesto sauce into a large mixing bowl and crumble the goat cheese into it.
  5. Add the pasta to the pot of boiling water and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. After 5 minutes (when the pasta is tender, but not fully cooked) add the asparagus to the pot. Let cook for 5 more minutes.
  7. Put the cooked chicken to the large mixing bowl (already containing the crumbled goat cheese and pesto).
  8. Strain the pasta/asparagus, saving about 1/2 cup of the cooking-water in a cup.
  9. Put the strained pasta/asparagus into the large mixing bowl.
  10. Add a few splashes of the cooking water you saved to the large bowl. Mix thoroughly, making sure the cheese covers everything.
  11. Add salt to taste.

That’s it! It’s that simple. Enjoy, dudes.

This was super delish and easy to make! I haven’t learned to read so i only used half the rubberbanded thing of asparagus (which i guess was me only using half a lb?), i guess i could go back and add more. I also think my inch chickens were double sized, but despite my low reading comprehension it was great and i have lunch for the rest of week. Thanks!!

Hahaha it’s a hard recipe to mess up. The amount of asparagus/chicken is actually up to u. If you like one more, put more in! Keep the cheese and pasta ratios consistent tho…

I feel like I would be super excited if a guy made this for me. If he substituted tempeh for the chicken I would for sure sleep with him.

Hahaha thanks for the input Shannon! Glad the food prep is such an aphrodesiac. I’m sure a tempeh substitution would work, but I’m still confused about how you’d sleep with him if he has a vagina! Hahaha, jk….but chicken WOULD taste better 😉

Brandon, Brandon, Brandon, a real man is not afraid to make me tempeh. If he wants to get any, he better learn how to suck it up and keep the chicken to himself. But this does look really good. I’m impressed with the whole site! I’m forwarding it to all my man friends.

I’ve made this recipe twice now and I’m eating a fresh bowl. I think it would be better with the listed ingredients rather than my substitutions so I might just buy the real ingredients and make it again!

However, this scene changed when more programmers became aware of virus programming and started building viruses that manipulated and destroyed data on infected computers.
