3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
A pinch of powdered sugar (as a topping)
What You’ll Need:
1 coffee mug
- Mix the dry ingredients in the mug (cocoa, flour, and sugar).
- Add the oil, egg white, and vanilla. Stir vigorously for a couple minutes.
- Put in the microwave for 2.5 minutes.
- Take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
