So, you’ve made the dinner. The babe is stoked. NOW what!?

THIS. THIS is what. Check it out. Cake in a mug. If there was ANYTHING that’d put you over the top tonight, this is it. This is a hybrid of a bunch of recipes on the internet. Take a look:

NOTE: Makes 1 serving: 550 Calories, 35g Fat, 37g Carb, 6g Protein.

Cook Time:
5 minutes

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
A pinch of powdered sugar (as a topping)

What You’ll Need:
1 coffee mug

Directions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in the mug (cocoa, flour, and sugar).
  2. Add the oil, egg white, and vanilla. Stir vigorously for a couple minutes.
  3. Put in the microwave for 2.5 minutes.
  4. Take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    i made with the whole egg and added white choc chips. bit over a min. fantastic!
